APD CARE

To receive services from APD, individuals typically need to meet certain eligibility criteria, which may include having a diagnosed developmental disability such as: Autism, Cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Intellectual disabilities. To Access Services interested individuals or their guardians can apply for services through the APD's website or local offices. APD conducts assessments to determine the individual's needs and eligibility for services. Once eligible, a service plan is created in collaboration with the individual and their support network to outline the necessary services and support.
